TERMOS DE SERVIÇOAo comprar uma comissão, você está contratando meus serviços para uso pessoal (Não Comercial). Se tiver dúvidas ou quiser alterar alguma condição, converse comigo antes do pagamento. Estou disponível para esclarecer tudo! (Direitos para uso não pessoal podem ser adquiridos a qualquer momento, caso tenha interesse.)Por favor, leia com atenção:

▶ PAGAMENTO / REEMBOLSO• Aceito PIX, PicPay, ou PayPal (com taxa de 7%).
• A comissão não será iniciada até que o pagamento seja totalmente concluído, junto com o envio do comprovante.
• Caso o valor seja muito alto, poderá ser dividido em duas vezes, se necessário (50% no ínicio e 50% antes de eu entregar a encomenda finalizada).
• O valor pode variar de acordo com a complexidade da arte.
• O pagamento é solicitado assim que após definirmos o pedido juntos e eu já tiver em mãos todas as referências necessárias (Antes do rascunho inicial).
• Se o rascunho tiver muitas alterações, uma taxa será cobrada pelo meu tempo trabalhado.
• Não envie pagamento antes de eu aceitar o pedido, nem peça desconto.
• Caso o pedido seja com prazo muito apertado, uma taxa será cobrada pela urgência. (10%)
• É possível pagar taxa para prioridade, mas só um cliente prioritário por mês. (15%)
• Alterações no desenho final terão taxa extra, dependendo da complexidade, exceto se um mal-entendido da minha parte tenha sido cometido.
• Se por algum motivo eu não conseguir iniciar sua comissão, você receberá um reembolso total.
• Se você cancelar seu pedido antes de eu iniciá-lo, poderá obter um reembolso total.
• Sem reembolso após eu iniciar a arte.
• Reembolsos pelo PayPal serão feitos por mim diretamente (não abra disputa).▶ COPYRIGHT / POLITICA DE USO▸Eu tenho permissão para:• Usar sua encomenda para promover meu trabalho em qualquer lugar (sites, redes sociais, portfólio).▸O comprador pode:• Usar a arte para fins pessoais (avatar, banner, impressão pessoal, divulgação própria).
• Reivindicar os personagens como seus, mas não a arte.
• Usar em Youtube ou vídeos monetizados se a arte não for o foco principal.
• Usar a arte para se promover. Dar créditos não é obrigatório, mas é apreciado.▸O comprador NÃO pode:• Revender ou produzir em massa produtos com a arte sem acordo comercial (Especifique se a arte que você gostaria de encomendar será usada em qualquer tipo de trabalho que envolva distribuição).
• Declarar a obra de arte como sua
• Remover minha assinatura ou alterar/editar a arte sem meu consentimento.
• Usar a arte para alimentar IA.▸ Eu me reservo todos os direitos sobre a imagem e seu uso/distribuição, a menos que acordado de outra forma.▶ OUTROS• Todo contato é feito APENAS por e-mail.
• Posso recusar pedidos que não se encaixem no meu estilo ou estejam mal explicados.
• Não me apresse; trabalho com filas e prazos que podem levar meses. Não se preocupe, sua arte ficará pronta.
• Posso desistir ou recusar a comissão a qualquer momento, com reembolso total se já pago.
• Não vou reproduzir o estilo de outros artistas, posso usá-lo apenas como referência.
• Posso mudar termos se discutido antes do pagamento (ex: não publicar sua arte). Podemos sempre chegar em um acordo!
• Avise qualquer problema imediatamente para resolvermos juntos.
• Por favor mantenha-se profissional ao trabalhar comigo!
• Ofensas a mim ou ao meu trabalho, ou falta de profissionalismo resultam em cancelamento e retenção parcial do pagamento pelo meu tempo.
• Não me envolvo com NFT ou IA.Se descumprir qualquer condição, você perderá todos os direitos sobre a arte, será banido de futuras encomendas e poderei usar a arte como quiser, inclusive lucrar com ela.

Quando todas estiverem ocupadas, novos clientes terão que aguardar a próxima leva de vagas (mas é possível fazer uma reserva, se tiver interesse, só me mandar um e-mail!) Para entrar na fila, é só preencher o formulário – entrarei em contato em breve!▶ DÚVIDAS FREQUENTES▸Como funciona comprar uma encomenda com você?Preencha este FORMULÁRIO!
Explique detalhadamente o que quer na sua arte e envie o máximo de referências possíveis (personagem, poses, moodboard, fundos, etc). Quanto mais informação, melhor! Por favor, fique a vontade para ser detalhista! Em seguida eu entrarei em contato por e-mail para alinharmos tudo.Depois de definido o pedido, combinamos o pagamento; pode ser feito por PIX, PICPAY ou PAYPAL (com taxa de 7%). O Pagamento é exigido antes de eu começar o seu rascunho inicial.Após o pagamento, inicio o rascunho (o prazo do rascunho pode variar, mas sempre aviso). Aqui é o momento ideal para pedir alterações de qualquer tipo! Mudanças depois desta etapa terão taxa extra.Quando aprovar o rascunho, começo a finalização. O prazo também pode variar, mas a entrega será feita em PNG, com versão fundo transparente e fundo personalizado.Caso esteja interessado em acompanhar o andamento da sua encomenda, consulte o meu Trello, lá estou sempre atualizando as artes conforme vou avançando no processo!▸ Qual o prazo de entrega?O tempo para finalizar sua comissão varia de 1 semana até, no máximo, 3 meses, dependendo de fatores como minha saúde, complexidade da arte e outros trabalhos em andamento. Se precisar da arte para uma data específica, o ideal é entrar em contato com pelo menos um mês de antecedência.Caso aconteça algo que atrase o andamento da arte além do prazo estimado, eu avisarei você o mais rápido possível.▸Quando e por onde posso entrar em contato com você?Estou disponível para contato de Segunda a Sexta! TERMS OF SEVICEBy purchasing a commission, you are hiring my services for personal use only (Non-Commercial). If you have any questions or would like to change any condition listed below, please discuss it with me before making the payment. I am available to clarify anything!
(Rights for non-personal/commercial use can be acquired at any time if you are interested.)Please read the terms carefully:

▶ PAYMENT / REFUND• All transactions are made through PAYPAL.
• The commission will not be started until the payment is fully completed.
• If the price is too high, it can be split into two payments if necessary (50% upfront and 50% before I deliver the final piece).
• Payment is requested after we finalize the details of your art and I have all the necessary references (before the initial sketch).
• The price can change depending on the complexity of the art.
• If the sketch requires many changes, an additional fee will be charged for my time.
• Do not send payment before I accept your order, and please do not ask for discounts.
• If you need the artwork completed in a short deadline, an urgency fee will be charged (10%).
• You can pay a priority fee to have your commission prioritized, but I only accept one priority client per month (15%).
• Changes to the final artwork will have an additional fee depending on complexity, except if it was due to a misunderstanding on my part.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I start working on it, you will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be given once I have started working on the artwork.
• PayPal refunds will be processed by me directly (please do not open a dispute).▶ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY▸ I have the right to:• Use your commission to promote my work anywhere (website, social media, portfolio, etc.)▸ The client may:• Use the artwork for personal purposes (avatar, banner, personal prints, self-promotion).
• Claim the characters as theirs, but not the artwork itself.
• Use it on YouTube or monetized videos as long as the artwork is not the main source of revenue.
• Use the artwork for self-promotion. Giving credit is not required, but highly appreciated.▸ The client MAY NOT:• Resell or mass-produce products with the artwork without a commercial agreement (please specify if your commission will be used for any kind of distribution).
• Claim the artwork as their own.
• Remove my signature or alter/edit the artwork without my consent.
• Use the artwork to train AI.▸ I reserve all rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed.▶ OTHERS• All communication is done ONLY via email.
• I may decline requests that do not fit my style or are poorly explained.
• Do not rush me; I work with queues and deadlines that can take months. Don’t worry, your artwork will be completed.
• I may cancel or decline a commission at any time, with a full refund if payment has already been made.
• I will not reproduce another artist’s style; I can use it only as reference.
• I can change terms if discussed before payment (e.g., not publishing your artwork). We can always reach an agreement!
• Please inform me immediately if there is any issue so we can resolve it together.
• Maintain a professional attitude when working with me.
• Any offense towards me or my work, or unprofessional behavior, will result in cancellation and partial retention of payment for my time.
• I do not engage with NFTs or AI.
• Since English is not my first language, please avoid using acronyms or slangs when filling the form, just to make things clearer for me!If you breach any condition, you will lose all rights to the artwork, be banned from future commissions, and I will be able to use the artwork however I wish, including profiting from it.

HOW IT WORKS / FAQBefore you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service

▶ IMPORTANT:I work with limited slots each month. Please check my Trello to see current availability.
When all slots are filled, new clients will need to wait for the next opening period. (However, you can reserve a slot in advance if you're interested, just send me an email!) To join the queue, simply fill out the form, and I’ll be in touch shortly!▶ FAQ▸How does it work to buy a commission with you?Fill out this FORM!
Please explain in detail what you want for your artwork and include as many references as possible (character, poses, moodboard, backgrounds, etc.). The more information, the better! Feel free to be as detailed as you wish. I will then contact you via email to align everything.Once the request is defined, we will arrange the payment; which can be done through PayPal (with a additional +7% fee). Payment is requested before I start the initial sketch.After payment, I will begin the sketch (the sketch turnaround time may vary, but I will always keep you updated). This is the ideal stage to request any changes! Changes after this stage will incur an extra fee.Once you approve the sketch, I will start the finishing stage. The turnaround time may also vary, but delivery will be in PNG format, including both a transparent background version and a custom background version.If you want to follow the progress of your commission, please check my Trello. I always keep it updated as I advance through each stage of the process!▸What is the deadline?The timeframe to complete your commission ranges from 1 week up to a maximum of 3 months, depending on factors such as my health, the complexity of the artwork, and other projects in progress. If you need the artwork by a specific date, it’s best to contact me at least one month in advance.If anything happens that delays the artwork beyond the estimated timeframe, I will let you know as soon as possible.▸When and where can I contact you?I’m available for contact from Monday to Friday! On weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or national holidays, I usually take time to rest and work on personal projects, so I won’t be available to respond on those days!You can fill out my Commission Form to make our contact easier if you’re interested in commissioning artwork from me!
